2012!

As you can see I have been updating like a crazy mad woman!

2012 is here and that brings many great opportunities for me as a person and as a photographer.

I recently graduated (In December) with my degree to teach middle school math. However, I do not anticipate finding a job or working until August. Will I be bored... absolutely not! My husband and I are expecting our pride and joy, Gideon Xavier around march 4th of this year! So be expecting several pictures of his lovely face as he grows.

Jeremiah got me a new camera and lens for Christmas/Graduation this year. I am now working with a Canon Rebel T2i and an 18-135 is lens. LOVE LOVE LOVE the new set up. Although I have been taking pictures of family events, Christmas and so forth, tomorrow is the first time I get to take it out and work with a client.

Tomorrow I'll be taking very special pictures for my friend Andrea and her boyfriend Kellen. He is being deployed in a few days to Japan and they haven't had any professional pictures taken since they have been together for several years. Keep your eyes out for their beautiful faces.

xoxo,
MJ

Cori's Lovely Family

Cori, her siblings, and their mother was a wild group! I loved getting to see them over Thanksgiving morning. Even though it was windy, the sun was incredibly bright, and the weather a bit chilly we still had a good time.

Jacob is a Senior

Jacob, my brother-in-law, is the most quiet person I know. I don't know if I intimidate him or if he's just that chill.??

It was really cold when we randomly decided to go out and take a few pictures. I think we were outside for a good 15 minutes... one of the fast photo shoots I have ever been apart of.

These are some of my favorites.

**Jacob, I have watched you grow up the last seven years. I can not believe that you are old enough to go to college! So proud of you man!**
